Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for Non-custom products, custom products 7-10 business days based on the design it varies. 

Delivery typically takes 10 -15 business days for non-custom jewelry and for custom jewelry 25 - 30 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

All items are shipped in beautiful, gift-ready packaging.

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchange

We have a 7-day Returns Policy for non-personalized items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund (minus postage costs incurred by us), provided that:

  • The goods are returned in unused, perfect condition.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items showing wear and tear may be refused for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage and ensuring safe delivery.
  • No exchanges are offered.

Exclusions:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Tarnishing/Discoloration: Caused by chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat  exposure, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions in the FAQ section for maintenance tips.

To return an item, contact us with your order number for instructions. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Personalized Orders

Personalized items are made/customized specifically for you and cannot be returned under any circumstances. If an error is made on our end, we will investigate, and if proven, we will offer a replacement of the same product within the same shipping time frame. No refunds will be issued.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items bought with discount codes are non-refundable.

Refunds

To request a refund, email us at info@uniqueura.com. We will provide our UK warehouse address for returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process the refund).
  • Contact your bank (processing times may delay posting).

Shipping Returns

  • To return an item, email to info@uniqueura.com for our UK warehouse address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • For items over £50, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
